1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Ojasya service, you accept these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and physically located in a US state we serve. Some protocols have additional clinical eligibility requirements that your treating clinician will evaluate.
3. The Ojasya service
Ojasya operates a platform that connects you with licensed clinicians and, where applicable, dispenses the medications they prescribe through our pharmacy partners. Ojasya itself is not the clinician and does not practice medicine.
4. Clinician relationship
Your treating clinician is independent and exercises their own medical judgment. Your medical record belongs to you and is maintained by the clinician under applicable state law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Multi-month plans are charged upfront at the discounted rate. Month-to-month plans are charged every 28 days. All charges are reflected in your account and in the confirmation email.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. We refund unshipped medication in full; shipped medication is non-refundable for regulatory reasons but may be discontinued.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your identity, share your account, resell medication, or interfere with the platform's security. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
Ojasya's name, logo, and content are our property. You may not use them without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to use it to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We work hard at it, but we don't warrant uninterrupted availability or perfection. Medical outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
Ojasya's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Ojasya in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation.
11. Dispute resolution
Most disputes can be resolved informally. If not, we'll resolve them through individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@ojasya.health.
12. Changes
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
