Semaglutide or tirzepatide — who decides?

Your clinician, with you. Tirzepatide tends to produce slightly larger losses but is newer; semaglutide has a longer post-market safety record. The choice depends on your health history and goals.

What about people with a BMI below 27?

Our weight protocol requires a BMI of 27+ with a comorbidity, or 30+ generally. If you're below that threshold, our Daily Health or Metabolic programs may be a better fit.
